Who we are. What we do.
Centrally located on campus, the Telephone Office keeps voice services functioning on and between all
seven colleges and ensures their connectivity beyond the campus community.
Services we provide
- Provides installation, modification, maintenance and repairs to voice lines and associated peripheral equipment.
- Adhere to a work schedule to add, move, or change lines, in regard to their location, appearances or function, as requested by our customers.
- Standard and customized voice mail configurations available to accommodate users' specifications.
- Billing reports conveniently provided on-line for customers' viewing.
- Operator assistance coverage seven days a week.
